Bank transfer for business events under the following payment and general cancellation terms :
in case there are not set up individually
cancellation 30 or more days before the arrival day – 0% of the total cost of the accommodation
cancellation 29–14 days before the arrival day – 30% of the total cost of the accommodation
cancellation 13–7 days before the arrival day – 50% of the total cost of the accommodation
cancellation 6 or less days before the arrival day – 100% of the total cost of the accommodation

Once the reservation is confirmed the client shall be sent in advance invoice for minimum of 50% of the total cost of the accommodation. If this advance payment is not made at least until the date of due, the reservation shall be cancelled. However, the cancellation fees shall still be due. If the stay is cancelled, the hotel shall keep the deposit and there shall be no entitlement to its return.
A non-refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is charged for winter stays valid from 20 December 2019 until further notice (14 days after booking confirmation)
