In case they are not agreed individually
cancellation 30 or more days before the arrival day – 0% of the total cost of the accommodation
cancellation 29–14 days before the arrival day – 30% of the total cost of the accommodation
cancellation 13–7 days before the arrival day – 50% of the total cost of the accommodation
cancellation 6 or less days before the arrival day – 100% of the total cost of the accommodation
One month before the start of the stay, the client will be sent an advance invoice of 60% of the total amount for accommodation. If the deposit is not properly paid within 7 working days before the start of the stay, the reservation will be canceled, but cancellation fees will continue to be charged. If the event is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited to the hotel and the claim for its refund expires.
Harmony Club Hotel Ostrava accepts 10% of the non-arrivals of the booked rooms without cancellation fee.
